Thanks so much for this video! I noticed the same thing about eating what you wanted and still seeing some kind of loss if hitting the gym everyday. I have to get me one of those wraps. My mom has one and she sweats SO much with it! I will look for that AGAIN when I go back to Wal-Mart. I didn't see any the last time. Thanks again for the vid:)

I am so happy for EbonyGirl. I am also Dieting and I exercise. I do & now teach Hip Hop Dance as a exercise class I love HipHop Abs by ShaunT because it somethg U can do @home & ladies it works. I also do Reebok Step there is one tape that is so fun and you will lose weight fast. Mon-Fri I follow this routine. Again @HOME. I have a treadmill I use tues-Thurs only for 30mins. I am losing weight like water and keeping it off. I eat right. I love this life.

I'm not on Isagenix anymore :( On my before-after the first month I was on Isagenix and the rest I changed my eating habits.Plus I drink V8 apart of a cleansing day.Maybe once a month.Something like a juice feast. Thanks :)

thanks for posting this video...my eating habits are similar I just don't eat every two hours...but I do calorie count so maybe if I try to eat every two hours it would keep me from getting hungry!
