bum4862, have you heard of "Ring-a, Ring-a Rosies", the nursery rhyme? The last line goes "A-tishoo, a-tishoo, we all fall down". Oliver Reed was widely known to be a big drinker; he even appeared on TV once completely off-his-face. (Yes, he even fell down.) That's what the line "A-tishoo, a-tishoo, Oliver Reed" refers to.
