I'm sorry, but I am watching this video and I don't see him personally making a call to violence at all. He says "There are opponents in this country who fear diversity, their answer is attack diversity."
How is that a call to arms? You are trying to make a false equivalency here between Van Jones, and the extreme right and you are doing a very poor job of it.
What the fuck? How is he calling for violence? He is merely making the astute observation that combined, an increase in diversity and decreased economic prosperity will probably generate socio-political tension.
The title is a lie. Jones is not calling for violence, he is predicting that as more wealth is taken by the top 1% and the the bottom 99% get poorer the political situation will become very unstable and dangerous.
