  • horrible. a little butter, a few thin slices of lemon, and sliced walla walla or vadalia onions over the top. wrap in tinfoil and put in the grill, oven over fire pit. just a few basic ingredients to enhance the salmon flavor. and why the hell would you try making a mexican style samon dish? im sorry, thats what it is. two thumbs way down.

    Where the hell am I gonna get Wild Salmon, in live in the freakin city, my local store GIANT,Shopper don't sell that . Most likely anything sold in store are fed ceral and other junk. what about trader joe's, but it is expensive ??

  • trader joe's is cheap fool. i live in LA, and i end up spending way more at ralphs than i ever spend at trader joe's

  • haha you must live the high life.. Not maryland a bag of green peppers cost $9.00 at trader joes. THAT IS EXPENSIVE

  • I made it. Very spicy. I changed the recipe a little bit.  I put the chipotle peppers in adobe sauce, lime juice, a quarter inch thick slice of red onion and a few Tablespoons of Cilanto in Food processor. Grilled the salmon in griddle pan, then brushed sauce on top and put under broiler for 2 minutes. Brushed some more sauce on a place, placed salmon on top and garnshed with spring of cilantro leaves. If you don't like spicy, apply sparingly.

    I did not really think about the "menu" per say until the end. I was just focusing on this salmon recipe. I am kinda like Nalts and make tons of videos (I have another channel) so I don't think through them too much ..
