I want to bet that some random YouTube-user who happens to meet VFX out on the street somewhere, will actually beat VFX to death! Isn't that quite likely? Or are the average atheists too damned civilized, educated and cultivated to do something like that? The video said that on the Youtube terms of service #6 bullet c. When you take down a video, others cannot use it. That was the only thing that I saw that made sense.
The terms of service refer to a "reasonable amount of time" before YouTube does not consider them Fair Use for everyone else.
However Venom has the habit of deleting videos as fast as he puts them up, and since a "reasonable amount of time" is not defined accuratly, there's no telling when a video that was removed still falls under Fair Use.
4) PCS does not delete his account. Youtube permanently closes his account due to misuse of the DMCA. PCS re-launches his website during all this "media" exposure and attempts to position this entire thing as "those evil atheists versus the poor little Christian". PCS attempts to garner financial support from Christians for a fake legal challenge which will never occur. PCS will continue to promote his website via other users and sock accounts.
My bet is on thunderf00t; he's just playing cool by interviewing Dawkins and this website scam thing - just you watch, it's all a underhanded plot to steal all of dprjones' subscribes & marry zomgitsCRISS.
