I had seen similar incidents while I was onboard a transit bus in Santa Maria, California. the problem that MUNI faces from unruly passengers had happened but it is almost uncommon. however, I had seen people sneaking in the transit bus either not paying the proper bus fare or by an expired monthly bus card or expired route transfer card. we are in a financial crisis and evading bus fares makes it harder for public transit to operate without raising the bus fare.
