  • it's a gyro, you can tell by the angle of the blades, lean backwards

  • i would never get in a Chinese air craft

  • This is made in china ...LOL

  • Thats an autogyro any idiot can make one of those

  • @Ditch901

pls post a video of one made by you

  • 神州大地神人辈出啊,如果是在西方国家这些人都是优秀的高收入的技工

  • it look hopeful actually, with those neat rows of newly planted tree. development is always exciting. for example spaceflight is exciting now, but once we perfected the technology to travel to the moon, it wouldn't be as exciting even if our spaceship is 10x better and bigger than the Apollo... we need to have a sense of adventurism I think.

  • What power plant did you use, a 250-500cc motorcycle engine? I have a new alloy 5.5hp generator engine weighs very little I was thinking of using on a rc drone, just an idea at the moment. medium sized

  • Does it always look so depressing in China?

  • That's a gyrocopter!

  • they use them to deliver chinese takeaways lol.

  • Isn't that a gyrocopter?

  • It's too bad they went with the old Bensen design, rather than a Gyrobee one. Not much different but much more forgiving with the horizontal stabilizer behind the prop.

  • ITS CALLED A "CHINOCOPTER"!

  • Herro City Airlines. May I help you take your order pree.

  • At 1:28 - using wind - to recharge battery - very clever

  • completely fucking nuts

  • That is not a helicopter, it is a gyrocopter

  • @gettingahandle glad someone else noticed it wasn't a heli

  • they'll probably ban it ,then it will be the chinese "take-away" :-P

  • Awsom Job building ,and flying. wow!

  • gr8

  • in america, guys like him would be lynching black folks and fucking their cousins

  • Chinese people: How do they work?

  • @hrvatwrestle his too short to have his head cut off. his not a 7ft croat

  • Hmm, are you certain thats a helicopter, it looks much more like a gyro copter.

  • BAD : MADE IN CHINA

  • @NewPrithvirajChauhan Like 90% the stuff you own.

  • @rockotto727 I own 0% Made in china

  • umm let 's see iPhone? ur laptop? etc...

  • @66markyu I don't have iPhone and a laptop made in China

  • @66markyu My car is made in China . My underwears are made in Italy/China . My computer is made in Swiss . I own 0% Made in China . I still remember that i bought a computer made in china 4 years ago and the computer crashed without any reason , every piece of the computer was made in China . Bro I like China beautiful country but i hate Made in China ......

  • @di8torted it fly good so y not

  • Nice copy of a Ken Brooks Gyro...

  • Comment removed

  • @hrvatwrestle hahaha,,

  • great job guys..thumbs up!!

  • This is not a helicopter folks! It is a gyro copter. The rear engine gives it forward thrust. The gyro blades spins (free wheeling against the wind to give it lift ).

Remove the engine and it is called a gyro glider and can be towed by car or boat depending how long the tow rope is. When cut loose it glides like a glider. I have tied mine to a telephone pole in a 20 mph wind and kited in the wind with it.

  • I should add that people have been building this "DIY" in America since three decades ago

  • It's not a helicopter, it's a gyrocopter

All you need to make it is a car engine and some scrap steel

    A helicopter is WAY different

  • There are tons of people who have made these. Why do so many people think it is fake when the Chinese make them!?

  • That is not a helicopter... it's a gyro copter, which is 1000 times easier to build.

  • made in china xD

  • what about a chinese farmer went to the moon on her farm made spaceship??

  • Yes, AutoGyro. 1970's tech. Not difficult to build.

  • IT'S NOT A HELICOPTER...IT'S AN AUTOGYRO

  • ...who believes that chinese people con not build a simple gyroplane...

  • @siggyschlimmfinger , they canm the problem is that they want us to belive that they made with a farm motor, with a farm propeller and regular farming instruments, may be the rotor blades are from a tractor fan? or was build with irigation pipes?

is were the problem are, the liar, like the politics.

  • It was built by a poor Chinese farmer who always wanted to fly. Look it up.

  • TESTOSTERONE .

  • it is not helicopter, it is autogyro

  • Comment removed

  • @Crio2c5 4 people including me dont understand what helicopter has to do with the video...

  • how much did he spend putting the gyrochopper together?

  • Good work - but needs a safely cover over pilots head to stop main blade contact.

  • I bett you shit your pants with that thing on you`re first fligth!! :-P

  • The next thing you know, all helicopters are made in china.

  • @lionsforlyons

that is true, its rotor wing is unpowered,is free, drived by the coming fluent, and gives out lift force

  • This video was smuggled out of China and shows the Chinese militarys new secret attack helicopter. The US is very worried about this unprecedented military buildup and is spending billions on making an effective countermeasure and is the primary reason they built the F-35.

  • gyro-copter not helicopter.

  • How do you spell "Benson Gyrocopter" in Chinese?

  • @DougDaCosta 秉信旋翼飛機. Btw, Benson is my name.

  • @lionsforlyons Why not, there are younger kids building these now days. Youngest pilot s a young lady of 7 years back in 1996. And there are younger kids putting together cars and cycles together. About the only thing holding you back would be the cost.

  • can you buy them from china

  • ahhhhhhhhhh gyro copter

  • @lionsforlyons U r just 17 and u said that u wanted an aviation carreer for a long time. For how long you must be a baby when you start dreaming...haha. Never give up your dream but don't fly to war boy!!

  • @lionsforlyons You sound like a pro...lol

  • @lionsforlyons Its a new idea from myself but you can be the first to built a gyrocopter with a fixed circular wing. Think of the umbrella?

  • This contraption can be touch up with some plastic body panels than its ready to go commercial.

  • @lionsforlyons Ya I mean a fixed circular wing the diameter of the actual head rotor used. The fixed circular wing can be allow to rotate freely or it can be fixed but can be steered for forward direction.

  • @DavidTayKokHuat Tried back in the 30's, wasn't that stable.

  • @candr To give stability, there must be gaps in the wing at interval to allow air to pass through so that it will be aerodynamic.

  • @DavidTayKokHuat Frankly I would consider a solid wing with the shape of a wing useing a high speed airflow over the bottom outward to develope the lift of a wing so that the wing would not have to spin, but then I believe that was tried as well with limited success in the late 50's, mostly in the ability to control the pitch without causeing a massive loss of lift. Either way your visability would be reduced upward or at least cut back. With your idea the spin would greatly be reduced.

  • @candr OOPS, sorry I meant airflow over the top to increase lift.

  • @candr I still believe you can imitate a rotor wing with a circular fixed wing but the surface area shall be about 70% with 30% being gaps in the wing to allow air to pass through to provide balance just like a parachute.

  • @lionsforlyons Can use a fixed circular wing instead. It looks much safer and don't need engine activation.

  • looks like mr chang has been smuggling parts out of the helicopter factory again

  • This is not a helicopter it is an "autogiro", the rear propeller push it forward, then the upper propeller rotates as a helicopter does but the craft can't hover, just flyes like an ultralight.

  • @Unguidedone I am not bashing it at all! It is just that my brother has it in his head he can build one of these things from scratch. He has tried some dumb shit before so i won't put this past him. I am sure you can appreciate my concern...............

  • @dhalmatie So, your bro is kinda Gyro Gearloose whose aim is to build up an Auto-Gyro.. I understand your concern and got two solutions for your problem, just choose the one which fits better:

You have to insist on the gyro must be a two-seater - so you can keep an eye on him and prevent him from doing stupid things when airborne.

Ok, the next is trickier if you're not stronger than the bro, definitely he ain't gonna like it, tie up his arms and put a bucket over his head as a thinking cap..

  • This does not look safe at all. Youtube stop putting ideas into my brother's head!!!!

  • @dhalmatie autogyros are very safe to fly and if you lose engine power you are always in a autorotation state so you can make a very controlled landing.....do your homework kid and stop bashing autogyros...

  • y'know, their is a difference between a helicopter and a gyro copter....

  • @hrvatwrestle Carry a can of wd40

  • Damn another legit video of a real UFO ....an Unidentified Flying Oriental.

  • anything made in china is trash

  • @mintkendishin everything is made in china idiot..

  • @mintkendishin

then try to drink some chinese made pesticide, you will not die.

  • Oh please, change the name of the video! This is gyrocopter aka gyroplane, not helicopter. There is a big difference!

  • Какая разница - геликоптер или гирокоптер! Главное - молодец китаец!

  • sadly you can't have fun like this in america. With so much over policing you'd be fined and possibly jailed in a heartbeat. On a side note, the guy really needs some blade tie-downs :D

  • @atllex Same in the UK, a pity really.

  • Nice Autogyro :) very james bond....

  • its not gonna work

  • the engine looks like a snowmobile one..maybe rotary.. but i believe is a 2 cilinder 2 strokes..

  • guess these guys do anything to get to america.

  • @banksstinger yeah he is a debt collector! ;o}

  • totally safe~made in china hmmm

  • road warrior

  • Which kind of motor is he using on his flying machine? does anybody knows?

I mean one could use an ordinarry motorbyke ? What do you think?

  • autogyro-kinetic energy at its best

  • must be a heliplane or planecopter. It'd be cool to see it be made into a glider as well for safety in case a mechanism fails. Nice inverntion friend.

  • where is this....there is a highway in china with only 1 car evry 10 min???????tell me asian guy zim demands this informationnnnnnnn......(jokin) but where is this?

  • @mrkhristoff

    ┌∩┐(^_^)┌∩┐

  • @maomao667

u didnt hv 2 dis me like that, im seriously hurt:(

  • @mrkhristoff

Ok I take it back. I just thought it is an another insult.

  • @maomao667

    ok, wer pals now

  • people had dreamt always but stupid develping country limited their creative abilities!!!!!

  • @land5566

You stupid fucker. China is the fastest grwoing country in the world. It took only 30 years to be a world top 5 economy. Go have a fucking brain !!!!!

  • the same farmers are actually working on a budget space shuttle

  • @ADOPTmeBITCH

    r u serious??????

  • not Helicopter.

    fake!

  • @janspeed Look up Gyrocopter on YouTube. or rent a copy of Road Warrior, Mad Max. The second film of the Mel Gibson series of films. Nothing fake about it. It works on a wing principle. The rotating prop creates a wing effect as the rear prop drives the craft forward. I want to build one myself but I have a few other projects first.

  • That's not a helicopter, it's a ROFLCOPTER!

  • Wow, lands on a dime. I like the car seat for the pilot.

  • Technically, it's called a "gyrocopter". The main difference is the main blades (top) are powered on a helicopter, while the gyrocopter uses a rear engine for thrust, and the main blades begin to spin from the forced air, and thereby producing the lift necessary to take off. Nice Vid!

  • That's a freaking gyrocopter!!!

  • Japanese people are so cool

  • @criticalzen THis is Chinese not japanese

  • @criticalzen And so are Chinese. But who has the better food? I guess the Thai win that award. Thai wins for food, Japan for Sony Electronics and excellent automobiles, China for cheap powertools available at Harbor Freight (and poisonous toxic milk).

  • @Delticola

Thai has better food? Fucking ridiculous! Thai's food is no matched with Chinese food.

  • @maomao667

    ur funny:):):):):):):):):):)

  • @maomao667 I am basing my opinion on the resturant selection and cullinary abilities of the chefs at the resturants I have visited here in the USA. I guess if your a chinese australian you might hold a different opinion. I have not been to either country but I will tell you here in the USA the Thai resturants have nicer resturants, nicer food, fresher food, better presented food and I have yet to find a cat bone in any of my Thai. However cat bones are plentiful in the General Taos chicken.

  • @Delticola

China is a complicated country. Eatting cats and dogs only happens in 2 or 3 provinces in China, because of the different customs in different areas. I am strongly againist eating cats and dogs, and I hate animal abuse. I know China still has a lot of problems, but What makes me more hateful is some biased western medias and people that always despise China !!!

  • @maomao667 There was a little humor in my last comment about the cats, only because I know you like cats (so do I) I more or less prefer them to dogs but they're so different they cannot be compared. I was joking about finding cat bones in my General Tao Chicken. Based on your comment I engaged in a conversation with a Chinese chef last night about Thai, Chinese, Vietnamese food. He had lots of information, some provinces dislike salts and oils while others abuse it. Etc.

  • @Delticola

Chinese food is more various than Thai, Vietnamese and Japanese food. Just like Chinese kung fu which has over 400 different forms !!!

  • @Delticola You should go to a high roller resturant in China. Where u book have to book a room which will set u back 200 USD even before you order. You walk in a food selection area size of a tennis court. Sea food area will make you feel like you are visiting sea world. Dont worry, there wont be cat and dogs. there will have your own waiter. I went to a resturant in Qingdao that had a seal in its rotunda (a pet for display). The freaking resturant is like a palace.

  • @AnjuABCDE Thanks for the suggestion. Next time I find myself in that nation, I'll pull out the 200-300 stuffed in the corner of my wallet for a really nice meal.

  • @AnjuABCDE Been there, done that, bloody incredible isn't it, the one I went to had a seafood market on the bottom floor then 5 stories of resturant above it. by the time you order and take the lift upstairs to your room its been killed, cooked and on its way.

  • @Delticola Chinese american resturants do not serve chinese food, they serve americanized chinese food. I my self love all types of food. Im dating a viet girl right now and ive been introduced to alot new dishes(which i like alot). If you really want to experience nice chinese resturant, then u should visit china, ur have a memeorible experence forever. just beware of the bill.

  • Not helicopter. Gyrocopter.

  • @Ferior - LOL

  • GOOD WORK DUDES !

  • это автожир а не вертолёт

  • e amigo parabens pelo equipamento e dinamismo no seu voo. muito bom very nice

  • I had this plan....too late for me, I guess.

  • YOU ONLY LIVE TWICE - 007 James bond movie.

  • Gotta love the no rules policy in China, I've been a few times and you can do what you want to get where your going and may the best man win, its great!!

  • That guy soooo needs a gun with that. =D

  • that flies well as or better than those made in factories

  • this is really a Chinese marketing commercial for personal giro-copters soon to come to America and sell for $399.98 at Wal-Mart

  • I'd buy it :)

  • get life insurance........ sorry insurance company probably will not pay out policy... for committing suicide.

  • @matrxmax I will increase my life insurance policy and by me a couple of those from Wal-Mart

  • @matrxmax is tht true

  • @matrxmax

    you wish...

    me too

but its not possible for that price

  • @matrxmax

    may 3999.99$ ^^

  • @matrxmax nah, to good to be true

  • This is an autogiro.

  • I could just imagine it now arriving as a kit, you find after a few days all the decal transfers peel off, the plastic all cracks and the crucial alloy parts turned out to be plastic, spray painted with metallic paint to make it look like metal - "MADE IN CHINA"

  • 这些人是伟大的农民对他们好运

  • that is definately NOT a helicopter. It is a GYROCOPTER. Better check your definition.

  • thats a gryocopter not a helicopter.

  • starting at 1:44 you see how fast the blades get going in that strong wind? Using the wind to pre rotate the blades is the standard way of doing it without a starter motor. Very cool!

  • 不能不佩服您們飛行的勇氣與研發的辛苦 加油

  • how can they do this but they cant drive????

  • how can whites make such good pizza but still so fking stupid? How come I always see drunk white kids being pulled over by cops or get into accidents, but not chinese drivers?

  • lolz i cant help it but...chinese driver get stop for not speeding....but for driving to slow :)....(i'm asian, btw)

  • @JAMTVEEE It's the video of him crashing you didn't see...

  • 他是一個很瘋狂的中國人﹗但是我真佩服他。。中國加油﹗

  • neat machine and yes, it is a gyrocopter. :)

I like it that ppl are able to build these machines in China !

  • who knows what is an engine?

  • this is not a heli....

  • A gyrocopter is actually 80% closer to being an airplane than to a helicopter... because the heli has no motor, only the propeller, and the gyro don't have to counter act the force of the heli... in the tail do you see the small propeller? no... so you'll probably care that this is actually 60% safer than a helicopter, because if your engine burns, the wind will still keep this thing in the sky and you'll be able to glide down... if it wass a helicopter... you'll fall like a brick.

  • Helicopters do not fall like bricks when their engines cut out. The engine disengages from the rotors and the helicopter utilizes something called autogyration to allow the rotors to continue spinning through air resistance. Thus, the helicopter can actually glide safely to the ground, minutes after its engine has cut out. Just cos' they always crash in Hollywood movies, doesn't mean its true. I promise you that helicopters are a hell of a lot safer than gyrocopters.

  • Actually this is an incredibly difficult manuever to pull off.....You are completely wrong about gyrocopters...they are simply the safest thing you could ever fly. I'm currently researching early WWII aeroplanes including gyrocopters for a book I am writing...Every source I have ever came across has expressed admiration for the safetly of the autogyro. Including pilots of both AG's and Heli's. Ive only met one person out of dozens who has ever said otherwise, and he was an "armchair" pilot LOL!

  • (I dont know much about gyrocopters)

So if the engine fails would the gyro still land safely?

  • The basic Idea of a gyrocopter...aslo known as an AutoGyro is that the Main blade unpowered...well almost so at least...most modern ones will have SOME power going to it to at least get it up to speed....but after that it just free coasts....what keeps it spinning is the wind pressure from the forward movement of the GC. A GC cannot hover..but it can move as slow as 15 mph and still operate. If the engine where to cut out...the GC's prop would continue spinning while it slowly coasts in to land

  • What you sed about the main blade with the wind pressure is right if the engine duss cut out the AutoGyro will not start spining out of contral. So long as you have wind passing through the blade's you will have lift!

But what you sed about that the AutoGyro not being abell to hover is not true if you have solid fuel rockets on the tip's on the main blade's you can hover & or take off vertically.

I just thort to mention that facked AutoGyro's are very safe when used right.

    I love them.

  • Well I guess its according to what you call hovering....A rocket tip on the blade is generaly used for take off only. It is certainly hovering...but it could not transition from flying normally to hovering for a couple minutes in one spot, to flying forward again in a normal flight like a helicopter...I maybe wrong but that is my understanding at least. 1 problem I would imagine would be the fact that you dont have too much room for much rocket fuel for extended hovering.

  • Also I thought Id add a bit to my last comment to ya.....A Gyrocopter is less complicated mechanicaly, and generaly much lighter....also it has no need of a tail rotor as a normal heli does, because it has no engine tourqe to counter-act.

  • Thanks rankensteinmoneymac

I bet you are in real life an aero expert! You know so much!

    ^_^

  • No you'd just fall out of the sky

  • No you won't fall out of the sky. I'm a gyro pilot, I have over 300 hours and have built 3 of them. If the engine quits you will glide slowly to the ground. I used to turn my engine off at 3000 feet to demonstrate this.

  • nothing like an airplane, maybe besides the controls; and you dont "fall like a brick" in a helicopter if the motor burns, you can autorotate. I think it would be fair to say you have no idea what your talking about...bo-kah-sha-ya

  • 1 who knows what he's talkin bout and 2 that like to think they do.

  • Yep...I couldnt have said it better myself!
