@wdmv Well, AAS is said to cause heart attacks. It raises the blood pressure and the cholesterol. And it´s pretty obvious that Kris has used steroids under a long time. However, some studies also say that there´s no association link between AAS and AAD (Acute Aortic Dissection). Instead, heavy lifting and other type of strain can cause AAD according to some studies. Even a hard sneeze can cause that if you have high blood pressure.
Hey Kris Dim, I was born with a defect in my aortic valve. Not sure if it was a birth defect for you or not, but I feel for you brother. Stay strong, stay motivated, stay aesthetic.
Htn hyperlipidemia arrhythmias cardiomyopathy pulmonary embolism all can happen. This isn't true strength if he doesn't reveal the risks in bb. This guy will be stroked out from high blood pressure or severe aortic split in ten years. Come on Kris. Help ur following and prevent further zippers
I'm the guy greeting u in the ER giving u nitro drips and rushing u to the cath lab OR. Come on Kris make a change u and mike matarrazo. Give us the truth. Help the sport.
Anyone know what that amazing soundtrack is called that is played throughout the interview ? I would really appreciate it if somebody can help me find this track.
What I would like to know is if the split aortic valve was a genetic problem or a problem associated with performance enhancing drugs. Arnold had heart surgery and I think it had to do with the long term side effects of steroids.
Thanx for this Vid bro, I had emergency surgery 2 weeks ago for a strangulated hernia & there were complications - a portion of my bowel had died and also had to be removed. I had been at the gym that morning and felt great until it all hit me in the afternoon. Thankfully I was a block away from the hospital. I work out about 10 hours a week and have been unable to go for the last couple of weeks but I am making a return next month as I am healing quickly. Cant wait to get back training :)
@kirch2009 His father died at an early age from a heart condition, its partially genetics. You haters, have nothing positive to say, so why talk at all on this video than?
keep up the hard work kris! ive been a fan of urs since i was in 10th grade and im now 22. i bought ur dvd a long time ago and i had read about the open heart surgery. man ur really somethin! goodluck!
Kris's condition is genetic. His father died young from heart trouble. Kris's condition was the same as John Ritter, but Kris was lucky. Good luck, Kris!
how about too many steroids?
