Great vid! I'm replaying all the original gameboy mario/ wario games. I was happy to see that you answered my question: when you complete all levels will it show a 32 or 31 levels completed. Of course this game doesn't loop through after you beat wario, so it will only ever show a 32. Thanks again!

the joke about the turtle zones secret level is that it initially reads Warioland 2, but once you turn the W into an M, the name is fixed again.

Aw, disappointed you didn't mention the fact that the Boos move in time to the Pumpkin Zone music, or that the whale wakes up...also, those sharks, why do they always create glitches where after they've passed you, they appear again on the right-hand side of the screen? Kind of like the original Supermarioland where Mario appears in the top right-hand corner after he comes up from a pipe!

did you know if you press the select button on the file selection screen, you enable easy mode. some enemies are removed from there spots.

Wait a minute, isn't there another secret level or route in Turtle Zone where you go through the Whale's blowhole and he opens his mouth? I'm fairly positive there was, but when I replayed it, I couldn't remember how to do it.

Here's the list of the visual changes after completing secret stages.

Tree Zone - Flowers appear in the background

Space Zone - The Moon has a sad face

Macro Zone - Er... nothing

Pumpkin Zone (Secret 1) - The Pumpkin starts crying (he already had eyes...)

Pumpkin Zone (Secret 2) - The Sacred Dance of the Boos

Turtle Zone - The whale starts blinking
