Pak just lost to the aussies in the one off T20 match in Melbourne. Akmal smashed 64 off 33balls but the rest failed to capitalise - nothing new. We got whupped in the Test series, ODI series and now the T20.

All i can say about state of affairs regarding pakistan is Inna lillah wa inna ilaihi raji'oon. I've got this feeling that in a couple of years from now the rankings may look like this:

England

Sri Lanka

New Zealand

West Indies

Bangladesh

For the sake of the Pakistani nation, i seriously do hope that they get better. Umar Akmal's certainly a class player but he shud refrain from the politics of the game. Remember when the coach decided to replace Kamran with sarfraz ahmed, umar feigned an injury & ruled himself out frm one of the ODI's - thats wrong. I agree about younis though - he's not the swash buckling batsman he once was. Even Yousuf isn't T20 or ODI material anymore. We need fresh talent (from the under 19 squad)
