@themommin2girls can you tell me whats wrong with the Eukanuba Dachshund formula?? I have 3 and I feed them Euka and they are a good weight. In fact the vets tell us they have more muscle then most dachshunds they see. but one of them is on the chunky side and he eats the same exact amount as the other 2. hes kind of a weirdo.. when it rains, he plays with and eats the worms that come out of the ground. his name is woodywoowoo.

@2u9h Our vet told us that some doxis can eat it and be fine and others Like my Pearl cannot She was at a healthy weight and now its a royal battle getting her weight down.and she never had this problem until 1 month on the doxi formula- the other 3 can eat it with no problem and they dont gain weight - it just sux cuz she get the most exercise and she was tested for a thyroid problem and that was fine so now shes on weight management food .

@lilmikey23333 Lucky eats Purina Little Bites. His jaws are so small he can't chew the bigger Kibble food. Plus he eats canned food, but this makes his breath stink. We had another dachshund ten years ago, his name was Pepper and he was a Silver dapple Mini. He couldn't chew hard food either.
