Run/bike by some grass, and eventually a patch will shake. Most of the time it's Audino (normal type), which gives you a lot of EXP. I got my whole team from lvl 50 to 73 in about an hour. It's a good way of fast grinding, but your team's EVs will be lower (if you care about that sort of thing).

Also, the Red indicates the increased stat while the Blue indicates the lowered stat (Unless they changed it) xD

You got it mixed up Blue is the stat that gets lowered and Red is the one that goes higher.
