The song is owned by ASCAP and it may be used by another who is a member of ASCAP. ASCAP pays Heart.  It's sad that as a classic America rock band, they took that position of which I felt was mainly to get attention.

I did see them in the rain two nights ago, and Heart still does rock. I thought they did better than Journey.

I was at this show. Heart absolutely rocked! I had seen some clips from last year's tour and it seemed that Ann's voice was starting to go. I can now tell you that not only has Ann not lost her great voice, but it is as good as ever. The show was fantastic. Journey was surprisingly good as well. They remind me of Hagar-era Van Halen.
