Im pretty sure it doesn't work on 4.0 IOS, so if you are running 4.0 that could be why

After you add the source, just go to Cydia and search "quickreply SMS" and DL the one from this source u just added.

Which part are you referring to? to change the color of the battery/show percentage and all that, and change the color of the percentage: its from the same xsellize source. go to cydia and search: battery control
