  • Hey Bro what's your personal best at 100 m, you weight as much as me and we lift the same, but i suck at sprinting.

    You lead with your elbows, which is great. A lot of the vids here I see guys doing a reverse curl instead of a clean. Nice.

  • @CoreySpringer He's pulling the bar with his arms instead of using his hips. He's basically jumping with the bar and doing an upright row. That's not great at all ( sorry that i sound like a dick)
