@CoreySpringer He's pulling the bar with his arms instead of using his hips. He's basically jumping with the bar and doing an upright row. That's not great at all ( sorry that i sound like a dick)

Not very tight... but a nice base.
You lead with your elbows, which is great. A lot of the vids here I see guys doing a reverse curl instead of a clean. Nice.
