I recognize the black man but can't recall his name. Since Martin Luther King was around at the time, this could be two men from the Southern Christian Baptist League. Thanks to the last administration, and others before it, we don't have jobs or prospects. funny thing happens when one has time on one's hands and access to information never before available on a mass scale.

That is a photo of John Moran Bailey(white man in glasses), chairman of the Democratic National Committee and Louis E. Martin, deputy chairman (NOT Thurgood Marshall).

The white guy is NOT John M. Bailey. If you look at photos taken of DNC chair Bailey during 1961-63, it's clear the white guy in the oval office photograph is too thin, too lean to be Bailey.

I don't know who the black guy is. He may or may not be Louis E. Martin. However I agree that the black guy is definitely NOT Thurgood Marshall.
