Karen Chijoff did not work very hard at all to win the seat of Lindsay. David Bradbury was at Kingswood station at 5am every morning for a month and a half. It was cold and dark, but he met commuters while they waited from their trains and answered questions and discussed Labor policies. We loved the guy. Karen stayed warm and snug in her bed in Glenmore Park. When she finally did decide to campaign at the station, she didn't show up until 9am in the mornings. She sat down and waved at people.

This whole incident summed up what a lot of people felt but couldn't quite articulate: that the Liberal party is a racist, sneaky, dishonest pack of cunts.

Seeing Kelly squirm made my night. Why should I feel sorry for her? The Howard government disenfranchised whole swathes of the community - indigenous, gay and the poor, to name a few. It's those people I feel sorry for. I couldn't care less about some white, aspirational McMansion-dwelling bigot.
