  • I was wondering y made little eye contact.

You did quite an extensive analysis of your team progress. Besides, I like the fact that you give us heading/guideline before each scene so it kinda directs me where you are heading.

The hissing sound should have been minimised but good effort in covering it with subtitles of important message.

Overall, it's entertaining and bring your main ideas across. Good job. =)

  • erm.. overall was a okay video.

improvements most likely on parts of the videoing and the sound quality. i felt that the subtitles were slightly too fast. just a tad slower would be better for reading.

but otherwise the video is precise and easily understood. the idea is also conveyed without confusion. good job! =P

  • Thanks for the all the encouraging comments and criticism. Really appreciate all of them. Have a good day, all! =)

  • Organised and coherent presentation. Good!

  • - content: i actually understand where you're getting at, and this kind of office stuff usually flies right over my head. good job.

    - overall: surprisingly engaging for what it is. i'm just being nitpicky on the technical aspect for obvious reasons. good effort.

reg, maybe do another presentation as a spoof of 'the office' (bbc, nbc, pick your poison). that'll be a hoot

  • halo, reg! comments:

    - technical: two-shots are GREAT, but switch it up a little with shot/reverse-shots. crude audio during the 2nd half: uneven volume and reverb--can be fixed using any kind of NLE software really. good transitions; effective use of title cards. during the graphics bit it was a little distracting... why not convert powerpoint to video or use after effects rather than shoot a monitor? need music the acting is pretty convincing.

  • i have to agree with the others. apart from the sound problem, the whole thing is just right. i'm especially like the flow of presentation and the use of diagram. it really helps me to understand the problem.

perhaps next time you may want to improve on the subtitles. it moves so fast that i had a hard time to understand it.

    overall, good job =)!

  • flow is good and systematic. good intro and analysis of the case. the use of diagram is helpful. the solution seems to be ideal.

yet in terms of creativity, the video is lacking. it's like watching a presentation. sound is bad. subtitle is hard to be read (either too small or move to fast).

    overall, it's okay.

  • this is an excellent presentation. good analysis and depth. i especially like the fact that there are subtitles to give the viewer enough time to understand the flow of the presentation. keep up the good work! -bernadine-

  • haaha finally I can post larr!

Okie larr not too bad video! But I can do better muahhahaha!

The storyline was clear and speeches was succinct and easily understood. Furthermore certain parts were emphasized with subtitles to point out certain parts.

Thought process was shown and reflection of the people. Interviews were included too.

Probably you can improve on lightings in some of your scenes tho!

  • the video was well taken with a good storyline! though the sound quality could have been better :) you guys brought up a point about possible tension between kurt ling and simmons and i thought that was indeed a consideration in this case :)

  • well, certainly your idea has managed to win your client back.. a success. i agree indeed that we must research our client's needs and wishes before we try to provide solutions for them.. absolutely. yes, put yourself in their shoes :)

can't really hear at around 3:41 due to the echo

free user market survey is a good idea and worthy investment

diagrams on the papers are quite dark.

great proposed extra circle in phase 0. the additional 4-th team suggestion is excellent. good summary.

  • Haha cute bear there.. Anyway, like everyone said, its the sound problem. Other than that, great points and great presentation!

  • good flow of presentation, good use of various scenes to illustrate the situation. adequate analysis. poor sound quality though.

  • kalo masih ada waktu and niat, bisa ditambah drama biar naek turun emosinya :P tp jadi ga professional kali ya? hehe

jadi isinya sih uda bagus, g cuma usulin technical improvements-nya aja hehe

  • aih, g dr td siang blm di-refresh, ga bc sinopsisnya :P jd now with the context..

  • bung, g ga precisely tau context-nya sih.. tp here they go.. haha :P

kalo requirement-nya ttg sales technique/business proposal, berarti nih video uda bagus, uda give what is asked for..

    acting-nya convincing

3:41 and around echo-nya parah, apa comp g aja ya?

boycoldface bener jg tuh, market survey unrealistic dibawa ke some other place, bisa diserang ama grader-nya :P

  • I am just in awe and dumbfounded by the depth and analysis of Xinli and Reginald, great job!

The creativity, the feasibility, and the lipton tea, wow!

  • excellent job xinli and reginald!

good use of business models to illustrate your points and overall the discussion of ideas were brought through adequately.

good use of video editing as well. almost as professional as it can be! (other than the sound..)

  • Apart from sound problem, the content is clear, coherent and systematic.

Therefore, the presentation is undoubtedly able to convey many excellent ideas which show that their plan is truly a first-class business plan.

  • To all who are watching, the synopsis of the video is provided in the box on the right of the screen. Do read up to understand the whole flow of the presentation. Thanks for viewing! =D

  • yes how about inserting some heboh music during the transitions.

sound problems : volume increases drastically + lots of echo during survey. muffled sound thru'out business plan presentation.

overall : informative but not engaging enough.

btw where did the brown teddy bear disappear to? XD

  • the introduction text flies so fast it's hard to read.

what's with carrying identical laptops on your left hands on the first segment of the video? hehe.

Ling's name suddenly appeared on the first segment without pryor (sumalong) introduction. a bit confusing.

  • content:

    clear, systematic

    technical:

not-so-clear sound, sometimes difficult to catch what the person is saying, subtitle recommended.

considering this is not a professional job, it s quite well done, love the part where u showed the charts and the animation=)

  • From Valerie Wong, Wharton Business School :

    Technical:

    - Presentation of video is very suitable for the "theme" of biz

    - Video quality good for most part except the end when zooming in on the business model.

    Plot:

    - Clear outline of problem, brainstorming, solutions, future improvements

    - Good to bring in discussion w/ client

    - Market survey is unrealistic - to have consumers travel to a place to test your product. How bout roadshow and have consumers test the product there and then?

  • Content:

train of thoughts easy to follow, i can see a systematic approach to solve the problem and present solutions. video also shows communication with both users and client (crucial to success of a business plan)

    Technical:

apart fr echo in some parts of the video, video is interesting enough to capture viewer attention (good transition and background/setting variety), i would suggest to put some soft background music

    overall :

logical and feasible ideas, good business plan
