"IMA PLAY CANON!!!... but let's see of someone has already done it", sooo.... now that i saw yours, i don't feel like doing it, just by seeing it makes me lazy.... i'm sure u spended a LONG TIME doing that, NICE WORK =DDD

  • now i know where runescape gets their music

  • This song is

    *puts on sunglasses*

    Top Notch

    YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!

  • that's a very nice moonrise you have there

  • Awesome!

    perfect

  • You ran out of snow blocks so you used wood. XD

  • @TheAlexconman Hehe. The wood was needed because of the two octave limit of minecraft.

  • Astrein!

  • Top notch song, I love the ending where the moon starts to come up as the song finishes. whether it was planned or not it made it the perfect end to a perfect rendition.

  • @stardustredrose Thank you very much. I had to downgrade to 1.9pre3 to get this part right, because of the new directions.

  • And it all started with a push of a button. (:

  • @OMEGA07250 I don't know why I love this comment that much, but I do.

It is true in so many ways ...

  • Liked it?

You may also have a look at the Minecraft Music Machine playlist.

  • WoW, that must have been a LOT of work!... But it turned out really Awesome!

Now there is everything in minecraft by now^^ From Start Trek, to CPUs and now Bach or Pachelbel :D

  • @ZafRise Thank you very much ... now working on a Bach-StarTrek croassover. ;)

  • AUTISM!

  • @qwasd0r

Maybe. (I'd better not tell you that I had to build some of the modules more then once ...)

  • Auch wenn Klassik jetzt nicht mein favoritisierte Musikrichtung ist, finde ich das dir ein Meisterwerk gekungen ist! Total klasse!

    Rated A for AWESOME ;)

  • great job! this is amazing man! hope to maybe see more?

  • Make a tutorial and/or give us a download link!

  • I love it =D

  • how did you make the background drum noise?

  • @FangedBeast

Note blocks on sand and glass, placed in a distance to have them not too loud.

  • That was simply amazing! I have never heard the full song, but I have heard bits of it and from the amount of detail that your version has got, I would say it was spot on and sounded perfect. :) Great job! Liked, Faved.

  • is there a world download?

  • @razzaman300 Not planned at the moment.

  • Look at FvDiscos stuff, his videos may give you some more ideas. Maybe use piston discs to make it programable. By the love the video, keep it up.

  • Great job. The most I can do with note blocks is make a bunch, tune them randomly, and then jump around hitting them along to music.

  • Fun fact: youtube thinks a company called "Music Publishing Rights Collecting Society" is holding some rights for this content - but they allow me to publish it worldwide anyway (maybe added by "ads") - thanks, youtube.

  • @JXPLennox actually, they do own it. and the supreme court ruled a few days ago that classical music is no longer in the public domain by default.

  • @icannotfly really sad reminds me of the person who copyrighted the happy birthday song frickin retarded

  • @wd40zx people will do anything to make money.

  • Wow very nice!

  • I want to get this save file and hook this up to a pressure plate under my door so that whenever I walk into my house this plays.

  • @SuperToasterBoy

Problem is: you can't hear all noteblocks from one single point. I had to to walk around (and in fact to build the bass sequence on three sides of the structure so it can be heard from everywhere with proper loudness - that was the hell of finetunig, also with the snare drums at the beginning)

It is possible to make it much more compact, but still it's much too long (7 min) as a doorbell ;)

Second problem: I use WorldEdit, which doesn't copy the meta-info (note value) :(

  • @JXPLennox

    (third problem - I didn't make it resetable yet ;) )

  • This is simply amazing. First, it's an amazing song, executed perfectly.

But on top of that, you made the note boxes look really awesome, on mountains of wool.

  • @Cendeu

    Thank you very much. *ashamed*

For real, the composition of pachelbel is simply amazing and my aim was to show this pure amazingness within the boundaries of the given game. In staccatto ... *urgs* (therefore i needed to add the snare drums - a 1/4-note is 1.6 seconds long!)

(Btw. it's snow blocks. I like the behaviour of the snow-texture in interaction with light and shadow - did someone even mention that?)

  • @JXPLennox

Ah, It looked like Wool or Snow, so I wasn't sure xD

But yeah, I think you did an amazing job, using the snares and such.

  • That was great I wish I was that good with red stone. AWESOME!

  • @12321a1

There is no real redstone logic in it. You just have to put repeater in a line and check the right timing. It's all about counting from 1 to 16 again and again ... ;)

  • @JXPLennox

(Now i know what "repeater" really means ...)

  • wow, this is flat out amazing

  • Sounds awesome, great work.

  • Wow that was amazing

  • Nice to hear one of my favorite compositions realized in one of my favorite games. Gute Arbeit :)

  • @schleiereule After upload i realized many people already did that. I should have had known that. But it was fun, and I did it in my own way.

People like you make me think it's worth to polish it and do a proper ending.

  • Looks great and sounds nice! Good job mein Freund;-)

  • @docm77

Thanks a lot! Could sound much better if my hard(and soft-)ware wouldn't suck. ;)

  • @JVDTheBlueOrchid

A sustain would be great - but must be programmable in it's length ... which opens worlds to good engineering ... or more chaotic cable contradictions to me ;)

  • nice

  • Unreal, I've heard that noteblocks are notoriously hard to work with.

  • @Iithuanianboy

I can sing you a song of that (german saying ;)
