Most original film I think I've ever seen. Crazy complex seeming, yet utterly simple at base story with strong women (I like it!) and killer visuals.

The idea that it's from a 12 year old boy's hormone induced fantasy is absurd. Emily Browning get's it perfect in my opinion at 4:35 but it's not about the sexyness for me, while I watched it wasn't like that at all.

I just have to say that, after watching this movie 3 times in the first week it was out on DVD (GOD I WISH I SAW IT ON THE BIG SCREEN), I can not only appreciate the film as a film, but also some of the deeper quotes, situations, and implications have contributed to the way I look at myself and my struggles inwardly.
