Not sure about the "swim-able" and clean water part of your video. Superfund site's still line the river (One just across the river in Edgewater NJ) and after it rains, raw NYC sewage is pumped right into NY waterways along with dog feces left on sidewalks. I'd kayak in it, but I'm not going for a dip any time soon.
