I would have to agree to almost everything u said, except for the Queen of Pop. she's a Queen of Alternative Rock for me in the 90's not pop! pop sucks for me, no offense.i know u comment this a long time ago,but still! she is my idol as a kid way back then.i guess her genre of song changes.but doesnt matter cause i would always love her two classic albums.have it on my cassette tape & 2.0 as a cd and cassette tape.i still have the same impression of her old image b4, even if things changes.
This song is absolutely awesome (experimental and catchy at the same time : which other band can do this nowadays ?). Simply one of their best. And "Beautiful Garbage", their most underrated album, might actually be their best too.
garbage's music is so musical it has melodies and tunes that could be played by a symphony orchestra or arranged in a big band style.i think that because they were pigeon holed as alternatave rock garbage did not get the radio airplay in the uk that they deserved .they are as world class as the beatles and U2 .Shirley will rule in my eyes forever and is the queen of pop.i will be so pleased when she feels ready to return to music and blow us all away with what we have been missing

really? I live in Holland and nobody knows them=S It's terrible! My colleague asked me what kind of music i listened to, and I said I loved Garbage. She was like "Who..?" And even when I tell them about singles/videoclips, everyone is still like 'Who the FUCK is garbage'... Or are they just fucking stupid here in Holland?=P

Agreed . 1994 - 1996 and 1999 - 2001 were the best years for shirleys vocal range. Silence is golden , Can't Cry these tears , the world is not enough , breaking up the girl are just few examples.

I totally agree this is underrated. I think this album conveyed a blossoming in Shirley's voice, both in emotional depth and in technical range.
