@Beany695 I think Sydney may have hooked up with Garret because she got him on All My Children as she was leaving. I would assume they were all hooking up because they were at that age. I posted this part in high quality if anyone wants to check it out!

I watched this the first time around, when it was on in the afternoon. Then I would get up at 5am to watch the repeats. When it ended and SMG was on All My Children, I started watching that. And then of course, I started watching Buffy. Lol.

Can you believe I was driving myself nuts trying to remember the name of this show for 8 years.. if it wasnt for a wikipedia on teen drama's in the US, I would of never figured it out. I finally got to see the closing logos for Heliosphere Productions and Sachs Film Distribution...extremely rare production company logos, eh?

Yeah, and just like Catalena Productions after "Pitfall" and the 1980 "Let's Make A Deal", Heliosphere and Sachs both went belly up some years later. We're not sure who has the rights to Swan's Crossing now (FremantleMedia, perhaps?)

They need to put this on DVD. I love Sarah Michelle Gellar. I named my first born daughter after her. This is the first series I ever saw her in.

I started to watch the series back in 92 because of Glory looking almost like an exast scale on my High School Sweetheart. I was hooked after that. I just wish we were not left hanging like this.

They said had the series continued, you would've seen Glory in a cheerleader outfit. If your sweetheart wasn't a cheerleader, do you think Glory would have made you want your sweetheart to become one?

Same here. Me and my best friend (at the time) would call eachother when the episodes came on and watch it while we talked on the phone. I wish it WOULD come to DVD soon!!!

I have a solution to this whole problem. All they have to do is recast all the characters and continue from where this left off. I mean characters in soaps are recast all the time afterall. Most importantly put it at a timeslot where everyone can watch it.

I REMEMBER this. I also remember being PISSED that no contact information was left for viewers. One of the best shows taken off the air and us having nothing to do about it.

Yeah! And who's fault was that? Definitely not ours!

@DeGQueen I agree. I mean how did they expect us to give them our opinions of the show when they didn't give us a mailing address or a phone number? I'm sure if they had, they would've been swamped with phone calls and fan letters. That was the biggest mistake they made, it was their fault the show got cancelled.

I doubt they had a website or an email address because the internet was still in development back then. If they'd had a website then, they would've gotten tons of emails.

@pytko3 The producers pretty much knew that 13 weeks was good enough, considering the fact that Swans Crossing had ridiculous time slots all over the place: 6:00 am here, in the middle of the night there, even 3:00 or 4:00 pm opposite you-know-who!!!!

But except for Sarah Michelle Gellar (who may be returning to TV this fall with a new series) and Brittany Daniel, everybody else disappeared after Swans got the ax.
