  • Comment removed

  • are they russian?

  • @dongimin2 they are japanese

  • this thing is my favorite vehicle on bf 3...it handles like a dream

  • HELICOPTERS ARE TOO DAM COMPLICATED! they need 3 buttons, the joystick, start, and stop. THERE! THATS ALL YOU NEED!

  • @TheAlbones How would you fly a helicopter without collective and pedals? And BTW it's stick, not joystick.

  • @Scylla94941 Actually its neither - its a cyclic control. How do I know? I flew them in the Army.

  • @kneeslider47 "Stick" is a common synonym for "cyclic". "Joystick" is not.

  • @Scylla94941 In a plane yes. Few military helicopter pilots woud call it that though. I see your point though buddy, call it a joystick & risk the galling sarcasm of your colleagues! A "joystick" is an altogether piece of um, "equipment".....!

  • I flew UH-60N's based at Yokota and Misawa (1998-2000)...and I must say, the JSDF pilots (both helo and fixed wing) are truly remarkable people...they are very disciplined and highly skilled, and it was a joy flying joint operations with them. This is a great video and it brought back many great memories of the Kanto and Fukuoka area.

  • let me get this right there in a helicopter and yet there still follow the run way? lol

  • @jdraver Read the old post. This has been explained a few times already.

  • Man you're a GOD! THANKS FOR FILMING THIS FROM INSIDE!

  • its cool how he taxi to the runway

  • its a delight to fly it.

  • Huey Chopper Gunship, run shit, gook run when the Minigun spit, won't miss, kill shit, spit 4,000 a minute.

  • @vegetalian Sorry... a Russian invented the helicopter.

  • @monkey407 nope, its american, search wikipedia if you'd like to :)

  • @douwethaman Nope... wiki tells me Igor Sikorsky was born a Russian and designed his first chopper when he was still a Russian.

  • Legg inn respons på denne videoen oops, you're right, it was built to meet the requirements of the us airforce, not made by them. :)

  • @monkey407 Hehe that's okay... it doesn't really matter who invented it. American , Russian, German or Chinese.... it will benefit mankind as a species. =D

  • i just love the sound of a classic UH-1 Huey Start up its better than a boring airplane sitting on you ass for amount of hours

  • Ok, Thanks for the information about flight routes. I just didn't know..

  • I don't understand why they had to go down the runways like a fix wing would. They are Helicopters and should just take off and go where they want. Explain this to me? Thanks, Firecrackerpackman

  • @firecrackerpackman

Mate, all airports have designated routes in and out. This ensures the aircraft are in the best possible position in the even of an emergency during take off or landing.

  • @vegetalian But did not provide the ability to spell, apparently.

  • I just want to to thank you so much for this unique video. It brings back many memories.

It makes one feel as if they are really part of the crew. Thank you again.

    Joe.

  • @vegetalian great machine, but like everything else it started out as a vision of death (from above)

  • Awww me rove Huery rong time!

  • @PSO307 hahhaha you made my day haha

  • BEAUTIFUL SOUND ON CONTACT!!!

  • I love this vid!! =)

  • tachikawa?

  • tachikawa?

  • they are so short..in height,,,it looks like a bunch of Jr high kids playing on a flight line.

  • i think they're brandnew . sweet. im jealous

  • @PEDROCLASSIC To bad they where made for over 40 years ago :P

  • THE huey is well suited for a war that was in south east asia, a place called VIETNAM. huey rules forever

  • Sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet!!! Helos Taxing to runway...LMAO

  • Sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet!!!

  • wow they took so long to finish that check list..i haven't graduated from FS yet but i mean c'mon

  • @ScouttheDoggieFan yeah its nothing like cranking up the old dodge and going lol i took my first flight in a robinson heli and now i am hooked like a fish i want to learn how to fly not for a job though just for fun.

  • @ScouttheDoggieFan helicopters are way the hell more intensive than your little piston aircraft Mr. I havn't finished flight school. Plus what is the rush it only took a few minutes what is it supposed to take? 30 seconds, thats a good way to get killed overlooking something.

  • @navyocs Just saying if it way an emergency :O

  • @ScouttheDoggieFan well here it looks like they just took their time.. no rush or anything... relaxing flight.. but if it were for an emergency im sure theyd probably hurry up and do things as fast as they can safely do them.

  • @ScouttheDoggieFan Yeah, I hope they never have to take off in an emergency situation!

  • @mistofoles Where are they? s korea?

  • Comment removed

  • There's at least one very excited passenger onboard.

  • i think its funny the way that this aircraft fought vietnam people, and now....THERE FLYING 'EM.... how ironic

  • @chanman186 Except these are Japanese.

  • @nubbie1944 the people in the video are?

  • @chanman186 Yeah.

  • @nubbie1944 now i feel like a douche for saying that lol

  • This is a very skilled pilot, just see how fast he is at the overhead.. wow.. :o nice video..!

  • Agreed. Have to be skilled to air-taxi.

  • WONDERFULL VIDEO.

  • Awsome video...Thank for sharing.......

  • Helicopters pretending to be planes lol, no i read why they taxi its cool that i never knew they did that i thought it was just up and away.

  • UH-1J. It is developed by Fuji in Japan. With features from some of the latter UH-1 models but use the same engine as the AH-1S.

  • A Bell UH1H with a 212 nose. Those armour seats look different from the ones I rode in. Must be "home made". Probably has the Kawasaki T53L13 engine version. Instrument panel is different also. Sounds the same as the American original.

  • Nice vid!!

  • flying with no wings?!!?!?!?! its like magic!!

  • r u from mars?

  • so, it didnt occur to you that i was making a joke?

  • the only thing thats a joke is yer sense of humor.

  • exactly thats what humor means, humor as in "joke" you cunt...

  • the huey thats what i am planning to fly

  • you need a runway to take off? :p

  • If you are taking off from an airport that handles fixed wing aircraft, in most cases you have to utilize taxiways and runways just like the fixed wing aircraft do, unless otherwise instructed by the flight control tower.

  • vey smooth piloting, well done. i really like that. What is your experience flying at night?

  • great vid

  • awesome vid..... ;)
