This is the song that David Morley and I (and others) used to sing at the top of our voices in the Admiral Duncan. He's no longer here - murdered in London some years ago. I always loved the song and it chokes me to hear it now. How beautiful, how poignant. This lady was the soundtrack to so many of my years and is nothing short of a performing genius. One person I would love to take to dinner. Maybe one day......
