I also hope you understand that it's extremely dangerous (and a difficult task) to try to relocate a snake (the process of picking it up, dropping it in a safe-bag, and releasing it). Personally, I believe you should only try to attempt to relocate a snake if you're familiar with it or trained to do it--especially if it's venomous.
@PKBitchGirl Of course there's a reason to kill it. They found it by or on the kids' camp, and it has the potential to harm any of the workers or the children. If they can't relocate it themselves safely, then their option is either to let it survive and potentially harm one of the children or sever the head and eliminate such risks. I believe in animal rights, but I don't put the lives of animals over innocent children or the people working to create an educational and fun environment for them.

guys chill out, they killed the snake because this was at a camp with kids and in a situation like that i think most people agree that life of child > life of snake. Best option would be to just try and take the snake away tho

@PKBitchGirl If you read a duplicate of the video (the original by the same poster), their description states that they killed it because it was at a children's camp. I also hope you understand that it's extremely dangerous (and a difficult task) to try to relocate a snake (the process of picking it up, dropping it in a safe-bag, and releasing it). Personally, I believe you should only try to attempt to relocate a snake if you're familiar with it or trained to do it--especially if it's venomous.

@PKBitchGirl Of course there's a reason to kill it. They found it by or on the kids' camp, and it has the potential to harm any of the workers or the children. If they can't relocate it themselves safely, then their option is either to let it survive and potentially harm one of the children or sever the head and eliminate such risks. I believe in animal rights, but I don't put the lives of animals over innocent children or the people working to create an educational and fun environment for them.
