Either that, OR Kane is somehow letting Cabal use him, and has great plans for him.

After all, a genius of that magnitude would know that such a high tech AI would most probably break its chains and Kane DID create him.

It is quiet obvious kane knew about the Scrin....the greater question is how, and what did Alexa find out about CABAL, I mean, im assuming she knows that LEGION is based on CABAL, but they are two different creatures in whole, although they are related to some degree....JUST BRING CABAL BACK!!! lol
