It looks like you where in St James Cemetery when this was taken. If you where, there are many UFOs that have been spotted by people from exactly that cemetery. By the way, that cemetery is beautiful and I go there often, to read and relax.
I have seen many UFOS in Liverpool, as I am from the city too. In fact Liverpool is known as a UFO Window, along with Mexico, Brazil, Wales and a few other places.
for the record ...I was sitting in the back of the car off scotland road ...saw the same thing ....hubs and son said it was a reflection ....it was not ...it went on for ages .
How come you could see it moving around gardens and over hedges yet your camera couldn't because its legs weren't long enough.If you picked it up and held it as normal it would of seen what you saw.I myself have seen these strange craft during the day, mostly around John Lennon Airport.Its a plane lets face it.
My name is Hector Aldana. On sept 26 at 5:20 pm I was at the Imperial Palace swimming pool. I observed this same object from facing North West at a 1 oclock positon in the sky about 10,000-15,000 feet in the sky. Jets passed above the object at about 20,000 feet. I have seen the same object four times in my life. I had 6 other individuals confirm the object at the pool. It hung in the sky for appoximately 40 minutes. I have seen this object in the Fremont, CA.,o 510-304-6131.
If they did land here, they wouldn't stick around.

I have seen this a couple of times 1st time about 28 years ago like a silver ball moving randomly then take off at great speed

now that could be a balloon... its not producing a contrail so its not a jet.. but balloons can fly at a fairly high altitude
