This is the kind of stuff that makes high school way worth attending. the whole system is all screwd up now from trying to get into the best well known colleges to getting a 5 on an AP test. I wish life were more like this that way we'd have more fun and learning would be more applicable to our lives than just the way others view us. Take that Ivy League Quacks!
LOL I find it amazing they were so surprised at it holding so much. We made a bridge out of spaghetti and could only use "SAFEWAY PASTA." It had to span a gap of 40cm, be less than or equal to 1lb. Mine held 90lbs.

For our bridges we had a budget of $700,000 and each set of 10 toothpicks costed like $10,000 to $28,000 and had to span 25cm :P
