Chat XMB is no big deal its games like Call if Duty that u wanna message or chat friends the only thing u could do on that is invite them but if they're not on or in another game u cant contact them if we had real ingame XMB that wouldn't be a problem
There is only one way that I know of that could lead to this being a fake. It would require a capture card, a gif rip/compiler, and enough hosting space to put this gif file onto. No free image site would be able to handle a rather large canvas gif file on their site. a gif file of that quality and length would demand at least 11 megabytes of space.
To take off the address bar at the top all he would need to do is hit L3 and hold L2 until it is scaled all the way back. Then all he has to do is hit the home button.
