She's Shinocchi. As I put on the description, from the MUGEN fullgame "Nijiura Kakutou".

Unhappily, as of nowadays, you can only download the entire game, not just the characters separately. And even them, they won't work in regular MUGENs without some measures taken first. >_>

Of course, I can still send her via PM or something if you want.

Well, her Supers are:

- 236,236 + C (1 SP stock)

- 236,3214 + C (1 SP stock)

- 236,236 + B + C (3 SP stocks)

- 236,3214 + B + C (3 SP stocks)

Her throw is:

- 63214 + C, then 8 + C (small laser) or 8 + B + C (big laser, uses a little SP stock)

The numbers mean directions; if you look on your numpad, you will see which number is which direction.
