Also they closed a perfectly good working natural gas power plant and turned it into a garden. Then they jacked up bills almost double. That hope and change really fucking sucks to me. I am sure all the poor minority people in central Tx just LOVE paying high bills so they can have a nice garden power plant. It's to condition people to higher power bills.
