I have this idea that John is sitting next to Kerouac somewhere, chewing the fat, getting high maybe?
Reading through some of these comments i'm guessing some folk struggle to understand human nature, the subtle differences that can create such choices. Just like John's choice of chords & structures, his art reflected his life, and i'm guessing he wouldn't change a single thing.
