  • WHOOO CANADA!

  • @chocoman45 YAH DUDE>>>>We're FINALLY getting mentioned!!!!

    Go CANADA, Go!!!!! Go Luongo!!!!!

You can have Justin Bieber America........

  • @DuguesclinBZH on top of that, the french people were kinda hogtied by DeGaulle or whatever his name was, French top commander. He was a complete prima donna. The country has survived for close to 2000 years, to say that the people are a complete joke is a little crass......

  • 1 person is Hitler's grandson

  • What's with the German spraying his mp 40?

  • @Lachausis LSD is produced naturally in moldy rye harvested in northern France, Brittany...most likely he got a hold of some bad bread....

  • @ :15 seconds in... clearing the dead? or picking souvenirs?

  • part 3) The military brach (AK-Armia Krajowa) had 400,000-500,000 people at its peak). Its sabotage and intelligence activities were enormous (43% of all intelligence reports received by UK from Europe had come from Polish resistance). It even posed as a German resistance, to provoke Nazis into opressing Germans (wiki: "Operation N"). Too bad that Polish resistance is largely unknown outside Poland (more info is in a book "No Greater Ally: The Untold Story of Poland's Forces in World War II").

  • part 2) Largest and most effective resistance was the Polish resistance. It was an entire underground state (wiki: "Polish Underground State" and "Polish resistance movement in World War II"). The institutions of this underground state included government agencies, police, courts, schools, press, army etc. (the first underground organization was formed before the German invasion was even completed). It consisted of hundreds of thousands of people and it was quietly supported by millions.

  • @xqtr74 The older I get and the more I read and listen the more my respect for Poland grows. Christ, they stole a V2 and delivered it to London!

  • part 1) French resistance wasn't most effecive. It only is most famous (because its French). Between 1940 and 1942 it was disorganized, and it's activities were sporadic. And it wasn't big. Even in june 1944 there was only 100,000 people in the french resistance.

  • @xqtr74 He did not say it's the most organized resistance, but ONE of the most organized. And the French resistance, is not only the FFI. It is also the FFL.

  • great men

  • the french helped us get our freedom and we help them get theirs, God bless both nations.

  • @jackiefam canada was not part of the united kingdom we delcared war on our own terms

  • i acually addmire the german in the pink shirt, some one should give him a medal ha ha.

  • how canada get into ww2, I know that the US get in because of the Pearl harbors attack but not the canadians

  • @dejabu24 Canada is (was) part of the United Kingdom (Britain) so India, Canada, and Australia were all in the war as part of the UK Empire back in the 1940's.

  • 3:16 Real life rambo. :D

  • yeah i heard of free french forces surrendering under the nazi's. but hey thanks to your sabotage crews the war was shortened.

  • shit if i heard screaming meanie id haul ass to that fixhole preying it dont hit me lol

  • You could never compare The allies soldiers with the Germans. The Germans occupieded all of Europe For 2 months,They had everything skilled,,Brave ,experienc,s,militancy ect.

In the WW2 Germany had 400 000 Dead

The allies Had 600 000O - counting only British and Americans Dead In only less then one year .FUNNY

In Russia Germany had 5 000 000 milion dead

Numbers here say Everything Without The russsians America and England would easy lose the war they had much luck.

  • idiot.your math dont add up.have another schnitzel...lmfao.

  • 3:15 LOL!!!

    xD

  • Falaise was just another example of the Allies blowing a chance to cut off the Germans, like Rome earlier that year instead of cutting off all the Germans in Southern Italy.

  • warrior

    desperation breeds insane bravery.

The Eastern Front was the most savage of the War without a doubt. Not much quarter was given, it was a war of extermination.

  • why the canadian tank n weapons was the same as US?

  • cause i think the americans, canadians and british built the same war equiptment

  • most of the allies has similar vehicles.

  • canadians used shermans,universal carrier,and matildas.lee enfield,sten,tompsons,bren guns,johnson rifle, and johnson machingun.

  • they were made by GM ford and chrystler in both Usa and Canada

  • at 5:05 the yellow (allies) with red(axis) looked like pacman

  • what happened to this video (part 2/5 liberation of paris)? is it available elsewhere?

  • the fairies and trolls were the best fighters and then the sausage makers of Hitlers elite pudding brigade...

  • maybe that tall german guy was satan.

  • I have a question? how many German soldiers of WW2 all in all? from 1930's till 1945. What country in Europe has taken lots of lives of German soldiers? anyone plz..

  • Russia was a feirce enemy of the germansso they probably killed the most germans. the germans had an army of over 7 million strong about 3 million were killed

  • Germany had the best ground troops in WWII. The UK had the best navy and air force. The USA had the most raw materials followed by Soviet Union.

  • I beg to differ, the US Navy was bigger, better led and had more modern ships and weapons. Our naval airpower was so far superior to the British, who were using our carrier planes in the end.

  • The US navy fought only in Asia in WWII. The British whopped the Germans and Italians in the air and on the sea. The Soviets took their ground troops.

  • Teh British Navy also got worse than they gave versus the U boats, surface ships and most important, Luftwaffe. The Germans sank a British carrier in daylight with pocket battleships

  • The UK sunk 70% of the U boats ever made. The U boats got no where near 70% of the Royal navy, sorry there old boy. The UK sunk the Bismark in daylight and that was the best the Nazi had.

  • If the US & the UK fought it out on the sea at the end of WW ll, I would give the RN about 2 days before we sank every ship you had. Our main classes of ships were better in every way to the RN equivalents with the exception of gunboats. The German surface fleet was nothing, they only had 2 real battleships, no carrriers. The Italians had more but they were Italians. You sank 1 crippled battleship with 1/2 the fleet, wow. What about the 2 you lost of off Malaysia, in return for 4 Jap planes.

  • End of WWII? What good would fighting after a war be? Sums up your role in that war. If the RN and US navy fought at the beginning of WWII the UK would have won, and thats that. Remember Vietnam beat the US marines and the UK beat the far superior Argentinian army. Both after WWII.

  • British Navy destroyed nearly 800 German submarines they hardly got beaten

  • Not all were destroyed by the Brits, don't forget the US & Canadian navies. Also,. we supplied 100s of escort destroyers and carriers when in the first few years of the war the Royal Navy was using wooden sloops & corvettes, slower & outgunned to the u-boats, for escort duty cause the few modern fleet destroyers they had they used to screen their larger warships.

  • and the marines messed up the japs =)

  • @warriorprince1010 lmafo.uk had best radar too.

  • @warriorprince1010 americas industry and economy were huge factors.

  • the french resistance was the strongest in occupied europe!

  • actually that title belongs to the Dutch

  • Yes the Dutch, Norwegians and Greeks fought much more bravely.

  • Dutch didnt do well, in market garden they failed to tell american were 88 and tiger tanks were.

  • the fucking french resistance no exist france lost this war in 2 weeks and this resistance no exist is invence the france...

  • Yeah Canada did a lot more than you think in WWII one example of Canadian Military power.

  • And you are only a moron...

  • the french resistance was one of the most organised of all..the nazi`s actually feared them..

  • French resistance was one of the most disorganised in Europe the most organised was probablt the Dutch

  • @augustina91 They fear the Partizans in Eastern Front they never fear the French Resistance a resistance that only appear in 44 when Allies came sure is easy to do the fighing when the Allied Forces take most of brunt of German Armed Forces

  • @ImperialGuard9001 The first french act of resistance is in 1940 with Jacque Bonsergent.

In 1941 the French Communists come into resistance. resistance is already powerful at that time. It is a crucial element of the intelligence service.

In 1942, introduction of the STO by Vichy. French youth returning underground.

In 1943, STO second law, real secret armies were formed and harass the Germans.

So no, resistance didn t appear in 44... Stop your bullshit.

  • @DuguesclinBZH French Communists is very ironical first they suported the Germans and only in 41 they try to "resist" since Germans attacked USSR what hipocrats...

As for the rest like you said is just few random attacks not a organized resistance or anything smilar of all population how many resist? 5%? Or not evne that is a joke a myth nothing more they were many brave resistance figthers but it wasnt widspread

  • @ImperialGuard9001Random attacks ? You know that in preparation for the Normandy invasion resistance has been launched in a massive campaign of sabotage of railroad tracks, telephone lines, supply bases?

You're talking about 5% of resisters. a resister that is not only a guy who takes up arms. It is also a citizen who aids, hosts, feeds, and informs the guerrillas.

  • Many French villages are also annihilated by the Germans and French fascist militia. That the vast majority of French people that is the soul of the resistance. respect them and stop saying they are a joke...

  • @augustina91 Actually, the Polish resistance was the most organized. They had an entire government complete with educational, justice, and financial systems.

  • @augustina91 actually the Polish resistance was the most organized. Their resistance movement had its own educational, justice, and financial systems with an actual underground army complete with everything from generals to simple soldiers.

  • @augustina91

    crap

  • Have you ever heard of the Free French forces? one of the most effective battle forces in world war 2, dont think so

  • @Abridgedfan134 lets be honest. we can all say they were amazing and did a shet load. but. it was mostly uk,usa, russia

  • You're retarded and no better than Lee Harvey Oswald!
