p.s spool valves are not cheaper to make , poppits only need a ram and 3 orings and a bolt where as a spool valve needs bolt alot of oring thru out the body, they require more teching and lubing ..
No problem. In a way, I guess I am, in that I'm trying to make videos that are helpful to people. I think that's what Mike does as well. The main difference between Mike and me is that Mike's coming at this with 18 years of paintball experience, and I'm pretty new, so I'm just passing stuff along as I learn it.
no they will not. the way that works was that proto had a bunch of leftover metal parts so they threw them on some basic black pmrs and sold them as LE's (limited edition), then they sold out of the le's and so they decided to make the SE's ( special edition ) because the le sold so well, which is the same thing just a different body color.

regular pmr has an 11 in barell pmr lied and the feed neck is plastic and rubber
engine2386 3 years ago
thanks it think this vid has made me decide to get the special edition instead of the regular pmr.
BeyondBreakingRocks 3 years ago
Glad it helped.
olddudepb 3 years ago
wats the differense between the regular and the special ed
engine2386 3 years ago
Metal vs. plastic back cap
Edge trigger and guard vs. plastic monkey club clamping feedneck vs. non-clamping
2-piece 14" barrel vs. 1-piece 12" barrel
ginchy urban camo vs. plain colors.
olddudepb 3 years ago
The regular pmr got clamping feedneck too, and the barrel is 9"
Grix45 3 years ago
Good for Proto for adding the clamping feedneck, but a 9" barrel won't cut it.
olddudepb 3 years ago
stock PMR barrel is 11"
wishihadaname94 3 years ago

newbtube1980 3 years ago
Paradox313 has good vids for maintaining both the bolt and the reg on the PMR. (I might do some at some point, but in the meantime...)
