F10 worked for mine...then ir asked where to boot from then which drive...I just selected the 1st option for each then it booted correctly

None of these 'black screen of death' videos actually ARE black screens of death, because you actually get the BIOS coming up and a partial boot. When I press my on button, NOTHING happens other than the green power light comes on. NOTHING, no fan, no BIOS, no booting.

nope didnt work just stays the same nice try and well done if it works for some people ive got a pc fixer who does it for free and he gets the vista home premuim disc to uninstall the errors ut you know its good to try becuse when i pressed F8 it loded up the correct screen but when i pres enter it just doesnt remember the last good configuration nice channel anyways!!!

The "Last Known Good Configuration" freezed while the "Starting Windows" is loading .BTW, i use Windows 7.

Use the option disable auto restart...etc then do what the guy in vid says. Subscribe or messege me if it works.

This should work fine, except when the problem is not a file but a file which attempts to run everytime you boot. I see no way out of that, stupid vista pc

To all who dont know what to press it might differ for different computers, meaning sony might be different from toshiba and so on, but for the most part F8 is the key, that is press it just after you see the company logo, but before the OS starts to load. You might see a blinking tab in the upper left hand corner off the screen, thats when your supposed to press it, repeatedly!

Mine worked. Just load it to the place where it has safe mode. Crtl + alt + del and should restart then push f8 it should not make any beep sound. I tried but still loads like the same black with cursor
