They do have badges. They are the Triangle Badges in the center of their hats. Since the NJSP wear their badges in their caps you will almost never see a trooper without wearing his cap.

State Troopers are employed by the State of New Jersey. They are not county employees. They work at different stations within the state serving various communities. Does that help you?

Oh ok... Well the video would have been better off showing how diverse the department is. I live in LA and plan on joining the CHP. I love how diverse the department is and they have the best reputation in California out of all other police agencies. especially compared to LAPD lol. I was just watching this video and it dawned on me that there were no other races shown and im like woooah lol... I had thought about moving to New Jersey if I ever decided on moving out but that gave me a red flag

I can do anything I want." my hatre towards cops is because i got a gun pointed at me for playing in a park with some airsoft guns, plastic guns, with orange tips. The cop pulled his gun at us and told us to "dont fucking move", the cop was wearing civilians clothing and did not showed us his badge till after the incident. We constantly told him that they were toy guns and he told us to shut up or he will shoot us. For fucks like him I lost respect for cops.

It is the only area around our town that we can play, the weapons didn't resembled a firearm they were clear in color only a real idiot will think it was a real firearm, we made sure there was nobody around. Plus, when the cop went towards us we didn't had the guns with us, they were next to a tree, we were discussing the rules.
