Well, with 300+ dead at 1 million infected, the death rate is about 0.3%. Sounds like H1N1 to me. The problem is that the people self medicate and can buy useless antibiotics over the counter there. A surgeon has described autopsies of the dead people and described what he found as complete destruction of the lungs by the virus which has nothing to do with pneumonia.
