Actually the woman who plays the voice of Barbie in the Barbie movies is Kelly Sheridan, Jodi Benson did play Barbie in the Toy Story movies. Funny thing is Jodi Benson was Thumbelina in the Don Bluth movie Thumbelina, and the man who voiced Ariel's father in the Little Mermaid, Kenneth Mars, was the Fairy King in Thumbelina. Around that time was when Don Bluth left Disney to open his own studio in competion with Disney. :)

I love Tangled, a lot. It's one of my favorite movies. I thought it held the essence of an original Disney movie, the only thing was the animation. Don't get me wrong, it was amazing, but it didn't have that classic 2D animation >.< But it was still phenomenal.

The sequels on both Alladin and Little Mermaid had to get stupid ridiculous unthreatening villians. :( Awful jokes. Prince Phillip was awful cute on Sleeping Beauty for the old classics. He could've charmed me. LOL Cinderella was great, but kind of passive, and the mice did more than her prince.

I had a very few barbie dolls in my life. I had one with brownish hair and an evenng gown who was pretty boring.....BUT the Christmas my parents got divorced I saw this Movie on TV and fell in love with it and then on Christmas day I got the DVD and an Annalese and Erica doll WITH THE CATS!! But Serafina fell behind the dresser :( I still have Wolfy somewhere. And the dolls sang ' a girl like me' but I stripped them and played meramids with them in the bath so they have no voice now XD

Hmm...it's amazing how Barbie movies can send such good lessons to children (such as loving for who one actually is) while the doll is pretty much nothing more than a horror story waiting to happen. (Personally I always thought Barbie dolls were boring because you couldn't bend their limbs in normal places and therefore couldn't do more than dress them...that's why I loved my ballerina Barbie so much. You could actually play with her.)
