Alright, here's my advice....take it, get paid or be a 'drunk loser'.

1st, Remember exactly what you were doing prior to your arrest. Did you present a danger to yourself or others around you? Did you have an open container? Also, remember exactly what you said to the police? Also, you were humiliated in front of the public.....was it there intention to do so???

Get a lawyer, you don't have to pay untill you win....
