Pauline, love your videos and your personal style added to tai chi forms. How do you remember all these forms and how often do you practice each. I learned 24, 42 and 42 sword yang style and have difficult time remembering each. Would like to learn 56 Chen and KF Fan but seems to be too much for a 65 year old man. Thanks love watching you.
