Obama spent more in 6 months than Bush did his entire presidency. Obama bailed out AIG, and GM. We were already in financial ruin basically before he took office, that is a very well known fact. However him knowing this should have been a little more careful with the spending of Americas money. I don't know if Obama spent more than Bush. Think about this: Before Bush took office, we had a 3 billon dollar surplus and Social Security was saved. Now we are Trillons of dollars in debt and that was before Obama took office. That means Bush spent 3 billons before he put us in debt for trillons. Yeah....Obama hasn't spent more, but he has spent.

Bush added a little over 4 trillion dollars to the national debt in 8 years time. Compare that with the 2.6 trillion dollars that has already been added by BHO in just a few months. Not to mention him printing TRILLIONS of dollars with no backing, thus devaluing the american dollar even MORE than it already is. When you add that to the already 2.6 trillion then you get around 4.9 trillion right now. That is just in his first YEAR as president. How can you defend that?

Well, i'll use my school as an example...we just got done with refurbishing the building basically, and it's still to small for the kids who attend it (over a million went into this) and SOME, not all but a majority, of the text books are still from the late 80's early 90's...shitty condition, not the most up to date either. So if your going to spend the money, get it done right...it's all i'm say, this isn't the case everywhere.

Bush never deregulaed the financial industries. I dont know where this guy on this show gets his info from. He and the Republicans tried to pass bills in 2003, 2005, and 2006 that would regulate Fannie and Freddie even more but the Democrats blocked it every single time. It was Jimmy Carter who started it with the CRA act in 1977 and ACORN sued banks to get them to lower the standards even more. Then Clinton told Fannie and Freddie to buy up the bad loans in 1999 bc the debt was piling up.

The bail outs that Bush did were stupid, to say the least, but the same could be said for Obama. You have to give credit where credit is due. Actually Obama HAS indeed spent more. IF you would've continued to read what I wrote instead of leaping to conclusions then you would've seen this. Obama spent more in 6 months than Bush did his entire presidency. Obama bailed out AIG, and GM. That is why I said he needs to take his share of the blame for how the current state of economic affairs are.

While I'm not about to blame the economic collapse on Obama, I'm also not about to say he had NOTHING to do with it. We were already in financial ruin basically before he took office, that is a very well known fact. However him knowing this should have been a little more careful with the spending of Americas money. He spent more in 6 months than Bush did in 8 years. Spending to get out of debt doesn't work, and is pretty much an ass backwards way of doing things.

I don't know if Obama spent more than Bush. Think about this: Before Bush took office, we had a 3 billon dollar surplus and Social Security was saved. Now we are Trillons of dollars in debt and that was before Obama took office. That means Bush spent 3 billons before he put us in debt for trillons. Yeah....Obama hasn't spent more, but he has spent.
And stimulating the economy and fixing the messes when he got into office...I wouldn't call that assbackwards.

Bush added a little over 4 trillion dollars to the national debt in 8 years time. Compare that with the 2.6 trillion dollars that has already been added by BHO in just a few months. Not to mention him printing TRILLIONS of dollars with no backing, thus devaluing the american dollar even MORE than it already is. When you add that to the already 2.6 trillion then you get around 4.9 trillion right now. That is just in his first YEAR as president. How can you defend that?

Gasoline,When people speculate it to be gone in a few years(like the supply get's low), the Demand goes up,and so does the price.Once one thing such as gas goes up, so does other good's/services, causing it to be a sellers market. now once people stop buying as much, the prices get lower, making it a Buyer's market.

Well, i'll use my school as an example...we just got done with refurbishing the building basically, and it's still to small for the kids who attend it (over a million went into this) and SOME, not all but a majority, of the text books are still from the late 80's early 90's...shitty condition, not the most up to date either. So if your going to spend the money, get it done right...it's all i'm say, this isn't the case everywhere.

Technically you could argue the democrats helped make the mess we're in. Clinton left with a surplus because he didn't buy up a bunch of bad debt . . he made the banks do it as the bad debt was piling up. He had the CRA reformed, but it still allowed predatory lending practices and did nothing to discourage them. Plenty of mess to go around.

Stop blaming bush for the policies and bills that are being enacted now. Obama want's to pass his carbon tax and health care. This will sky rocket the taxes on the middle class businesses and make them have to cut their profits to fit underneath the 250k tax bracket or lay off employees to deal with the rising costs to run their business. Either way... the middle class business (small business owners) are going to get tanked with higher taxes and we are going to LOSE more jobs.

He was out collecting a federal paycheck while looking for another job while not doing his . . same for McCain and Hillary for that matter. I don't support either. At least you guys got trailers and some aid for Katrina. The people up by us got NOTHING when the tornadoes destroyed their homes. FEMA told them "Sorry, all the money went to Katrina." As far as the economy . . You better read up on the Community Reinvestment Act of 1977.

Bush never deregulaed the financial industries. I dont know where this guy on this show gets his info from. He and the Republicans tried to pass bills in 2003, 2005, and 2006 that would regulate Fannie and Freddie even more but the Democrats blocked it every single time. It was Jimmy Carter who started it with the CRA act in 1977 and ACORN sued banks to get them to lower the standards even more. Then Clinton told Fannie and Freddie to buy up the bad loans in 1999 bc the debt was piling up.

Due to Bush's brilliant idea of deregulating every single industry possible, that resulted in greed rampaging all across this nation, under bush's presidency, health insurance has collapsed, the housing market collapsed, Gas prices jumped, unemployment kept rising etc...
