Well to answer your question, I think it's possible that one can become sexually aroused by an ear massage. I don't know personally anyone who has experienced this, but it's possible.

Really? Not sure, although in chinese acupuncture, the areas around the ear are directly connected to areas around the face and the head (stress, headaches etc.), so I'm not sure that a massage on the ears would go all the way down there

@kylekrauskopf Not exactly. Ear massage will release tension and put in a peaceful mood but it doesn't sexually arouse per se. If you're referring to stimulating the ear with teeth and tongue, now that's a different story since they feel different and the mere contact with the mouth makes the thing overtly sexual.
