If the mom is innocent, I feel bad for her. It is scary how people go on witch hunts like this without all the facts and the stigma lasts forever too and if innocent, they should sue for slander. I am sure a lawyer would work for free to be paid later on when the case is settled. My father did abuse me and my sisters and used a case similiar to this one to say, "See how the courts are always wrong?"---but he did abuse us and very badly; he was a sadist and a very good liar.

This seems to be halfway based on the 4 year old saying "mommy burned me," which can't be taken too seriuosly. If mom, for example, put medicine on a wound on the arm which caused a temporary burning sensation, the child wouldn't know how to properly express that.

What are these accused burns? What are docs saying about them?

They are trying to say as if my wife forcibly held my daughter and burned her with a cigarette. The alledged burns were nothing more than mosquito bites my daughter got from being in and out of a swimming pool and they got infected. All the doctor did was look at the marks without doing a test. He assumed they were burns and called the childrens abuse hotline and started all this shit. I am in the process of suing him for malpractice.

I just want to say thank you all for your kind word and support. My wifes innocence has already been proved as far as Im concerned, 3 docs from the State Childrens hospital has confirmed this along with a state social worker and the case worker on this case. I will own this shit before all is said and done.
