Seymour seems to come out his shell a little bit with Audrey here. Seymour has been put down his whole life by Mushnik and talks to Audrey about it; it really gives us a chance to see Seymour's background a little clearer. It also forshadows a potential realtionship between the two although Audrey is still committed to her current boyfriend. While Musknik doesn't seem like the dictator Seymour describes he still seems to be pushy and doesn't stay out of anybodys business.
