As a Sounders fan, I really don't get it. Like, I get the individual components, NES > XBOX 360, blah blah blah. . . but why would you keep it so entirely Nintendo based? It just sort of looks like some Nintendo on Nintendo action, in the end, because the logo on the shell is too small. @daniglue I agree with this 100%. S8 is very capable of great tifo displays. As a supporter, I don't feel this is one of them. Message is suppose to be that they're "old school", being in the league for much longer. Sadly, this is a bit lost in the chaos of the execution, especially towards the 2nd half of the display. Wind was likely against them, but this is an example of (once again) planning too much for a display.  This obviously looked good on paper. Idea was clever, though.

As for S8, they are a mixed supporters group of dedicated Latino-style supporters & American. I imagine it's difficult for capos to strike a balance of chants that both can do. Latin-american supporters prefer song. Where as Americans lean towards Euro-style chanting. However, I agree that all I tend to hear from S8 are a ton of "Lo Lo" and "Fire" & "Ole".
