To be fair, though, Yandere only refers to those who are psychotically obsessed with someone they love. Sakura's "psychotic-ness" was actually her truly going insane, not because she loved Shirou so much it drove her mad. Hell, it was her love for Shirou that broke her out of her insanity(with a little help from Rin too).

Illya is actually not human at all. She has human DNA in her(From Kiritsugu) but she is a Homunculus. She was made, not born. I forgot exactly how it works but she was designed for great magical growth, not physical growth. That's why she looks like a little girl even though she's a year older than Shirou.

Saber: had a knight life to the end, rised to be a king, she choosed her path.

Rin: lead a pretty good life and choosed being a magus and studied

Sakura: sold to another family, and forced being a magus with that ugly old bastard and his rapist bro. Not to add she saw her sister having a happy life and waited for her al her life...

Shirou was the only thing in that stopped her from killing herself.

Actually, Saber never chose that path (as she tried to change it, and constantly have to use a facade to bear it all). The sword, which granted her the title to be King, chose her.

Rin, can't really deflect that. Except that the heir is responsible for continuing the line going, more of tradition. She may have the choice, but she would be irresponsible and possibly causing anger from all those before her if she chose not to. And she lived alone.

Sakura, she needs love for all she went through.

@nejiharuno ...No, Saber *chose* that path. Replay Fate, it's stated point blank she chose that path, then she felt regret over it, but she got over this and died in peace.

She was never meant to stay originally.

Rin, in UBW, pretty much says it's a burden but it's also fun, she's the one insisting Shirou to learn how to have fun.

Now they did have tough lives (sp. Saber), but Sakura was tortured all of it, which isn't the same.

Sakura however was treated as scum by her adoptive family, used as a test subject for Zouken's vile experiments, tortured as is the normal custom of "teaching" in the Matou family, and in the end she was only going to be a "breeding" magus to give birth to the next Matou successor. She's the succesor of the Matou in name only because the Matou family believes females are inferior and to be used.

Slutkura is the worst character Nasu has ever created. She's needy, overly jealous, and a control freak. She's happy as long as her sister doesn't get Shirou. I wish we have the option to kill her at the church without having the Bad End. According to Nasu, if Ilya's route were there, you would have an option to become Ilya's hero instead of Slutkura. That's the best of both world for me. Protect Ilya while fighting against the evil Slutkura.

Of course she gets pissed when Rin fucks with her, Rin was a total BITCH to Sakura the entire time, and even admits it at the end when she fails to kill her. Cornelius Alba, as unfortunate as he is, is probably the most powerful magus we've seen in action so far.

Rin easily moves on from the guy. He's not some groundbreaking landmark. In fact, their route feels more normal teenage fling than TWU WUB. She's got an eye on Saber and Rider over Shirou. *shrug*
