You do understand "earth" magnets can not be made. its only made in nature! check the perodic table.
You ID10T, the controller has nothing to do with power consumption. 1 HP equals 750 watts. old normal winding motor's can not be used in electric vehicles. next time you smart off about something you know nothing about. try doing some research!
@WizzRacing A modern induction motors operates and is governs by varying magnetic flux induce by generated sinosiodial voltage and current or digitally manipluted sinosiodial waves. I'm sorry that you do not understand by it is a largely know, accepted and used standard all of which are avoid of your Gollum like magnetics. Bye bye forever!
@9Barry009 You have no idea what your talking about. The Sin wave has nothing to do with energy consumption! you could change the angle all you want and not gain one HP! changing the voltage does nothing either as we use watts produced! more voltage less amps, more amps less voltage.
Earth magnets produce the strongest magnetic field, in the smallest amount of space. hence there use in small motors, harddrives, cars and motorcycles. nice try at cut and paste
There is not enough rare earth magnets in the whole world, and you can't make them. one reason the US stopped selling them this year to China. who was trying to buy it up.
Somebody very smart, better find a new motor design, that does not need them and soon! I designed a electric car that recharges from solar panels, while parked. Free recharge and don't need to build $ 100B utility system
@WizzRacing What are you talking about? It is very easy to make magnets. Iron can be made magnetic just by wrapping it with an induction coil and exposing it to high current. Anyway, an induction AC or digitally controlled DC motor has no need for magnets. Best to do a little research before spouting off absurdities.
So you know, it matters not how your electricity is made. It's still heaps more efficient to run your vehicles on electricity. Power stations are more efficient at making power than a car engine, and with electricity, you don't lose 30% in the transmission. Electricity is the way Forward. Petrol is just Clinging to the Past, which stops us seeing the future we could have.
@luckylarryblam there's an electrical system in every internal combustion powered car, motorcycle, truck, boat, and aircraft that manages ok when it rains, just because electric vehicles use higher voltages and currents and are exclusively powered by their electrical system doesn't make them any less weatherproof/robust/etc. :)
I'm a huge bike racing fan and when I first heard of the ttxgp I wasnt sure if I liked the idea or not, the more I see though the more I find it fascinating. Can't wait to see it and good luck to the mission team in the gp.
please upload a version without music so that i can hear the beauty roar

Could you gain 10% in Drive Efficiency by using a Belt? ...with no weight gain?
I'll bet You Gates R&D would Partner with You to build one to your specifications, just for the Promise of Building a Future Market for the Product.

Very interesting but can you ride one in the rain? I haven't able to find any claims or tech facts on these things yet
