The human body is like any machine. The more you use it, the faster it wears out. Go easy on those knees or you'll regret when you're 40. If you're determined to do that, find a rubber surface.

I don't think jumping on concrete is something you want to advocate for a broader audience. I hope you don't often jump on concrete. Even with good shoes it is hard on the knees..
I concur. Zuzana is presenting some great exercises in these videos, and is taking care to make sure they are filmed well and presented clearly. But prolonged running or jumping on concrete can do permanent damage to joints throughout the body (being affirmed here by a middle-aged ex-runner who learned from experience).
IMHO this exercise is for people to stay in shape, NOT to get in shape. therefore, if you don't already have an athletic body , I suggest u don't try this at home.
Additionally, your knees are not so fragile. If you treat them like they are very fragile, they will eventually get weak.
I don't say over do it but IMO Zuzana is not doing anything harmful.
Becareful jumping back too close to that railing behind you. I was thinking if you were to stumble while jumping back you could have accidently fallen over that rail behind you and off the building. Take care, and stay safe. I love you videos btw. Some of the routines do seem like they may be a little hard on the knee joints though.

Great shape! You've got the perfect body. That only took you less than 4 1/2 minutes. How much did you burn? Would you advise going on more sets?

Inspirational as always. You manage to get very low into the squat when you jump forward.
This is an exercise to be careful with if you have lower back issues or dodgy knees.
