  • Haha top comment fanboy of polaris, we all know bombardier makes the best products

  • not really your buying a used sled ur not going to get a perfect condition id be more worried about the suspension and tunnel bends and how it runs over the skis belt etc is all stuff you have to change very frequently as a proper maintenence, check compression , colour of plugs after running , suspension etc skis and carbides are always cheeper than motors , check the kilometers good luck u want low k the better

  • No problem if you have any other video ideas let us know !! bkboatnsleds. com for more HOW TO's

  • thanks for the video man !! helped me out alot.

  • everyone forgets about milage. i will not buy a snowmobile if it has over 2000 miles. milage will tell u if the sled needs a rebuild and how much use it has.

  • @axyww That is false logic. I recently was shopping around for a Ski-Doo Mach Z and looked at a 96 with just 1000 miles and it was very beat up, all the suspension parts where rusted and even had a hole in the hood. The motor barely started and kept stalling. No Thanks Then found the same exact year and model with 2800 miles and it's near mint condition, looks like it came off the showroom floor and starts up ta the first pull. So no miles alone do not mean much, they are just a guide.

  • @JungleListSoldier Hmmm, sounds to me someone modifed the true miles. Be wise to this growing scam. The two most important things are milage/hours and oxidation level. Of couse if has been crashed that's a separate matter. I know a couple guys here I ride with, they say miles don't matter. I am tired of towing them!

  • if its a polaris, it may look great when buying it but be prepared to ride for 2 hrs and fix for 8 (i have a polaris) hahaha

  • @ps3mgs4

lol polaris is so dependable we have had no problems with our 96 ultra sp 680 triple

  • hey there donnie here from montreal i was just wondering about battery maitenance for the summeri eas

  • I would say if you are able to replace pistons and rings than a sled w/ 3000 miles would be ok if its not bent

  • What do you consider high mileage? Craigslist has sleds with 3,000+ miles on them. Some have cracked hoods, some torn seats. Some are 20 years old and then still want over a grand.

  • I hated mine i got it for $4000 and sold it the next year for less I gess it was because it was a skidoo

  • Your a fag suxk my dick BK

  • Really good vid.

  • First thing, check to see if its a SKI DOO, if it is dont buy it under any circumstances.

  • @mercmarc Dislike... because your stupid everybrand has a diffrent style

  • @Albertasnowmobiler Dude ive forgot more than you know about sleds.

  • Did anyone notice the missing bolt on the suspension rail? Why didnt he mention that? He forgot to check and see if its a skidoo, if it is definitely dont buy it.

  • @mercmarc

    That cant be good?

  • noone is going to let you fuck with there sled that long

  • @MrBlackgsxr750 "their" sled, and if they dont then dont buy it

  • @MrBlackgsxr750

Most people would feel like it was too much, but I looked at a sled a couple months ago and did most of the things mentioned in this video. I was there for about 45 minutes to an hour looking it over.

  • great vid; thx for the info;
